3. What we collect
When you submit the “Book a demo” or “Apply” form we receive the data you enter yourself:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- fleet size;
- the plan or service you chose and the language of the page you sent the request from.
Technical data is processed automatically when you visit the Site: IP address, browser and device type, referrer and actions on the Site — through cookies and web analytics.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, beliefs and similar), biometric data or data of minors.
4. Purposes
- to contact you and answer your request;
- to run a demonstration and prepare a commercial offer;
- to conclude and perform a contract;
- to improve the Site and the quality of our service;
- to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The data is not used for automated decisions producing legal effects.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ), which you give by ticking the box in the form, as well as on the performance of a contract to which you are a party and on the controller's statutory obligations.
6. Retention
Data is kept no longer than the purposes require, and in any case no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD] from receipt, or until consent is withdrawn. After that it is destroyed or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Sharing

Send your request to info@prokat.team. We reply within the period set by law — no later than 30 days from receipt. When consent is withdrawn, processing stops unless another lawful basis remains.
9. Cookies
The Site uses cookies — small files your browser stores on your device. They keep the interface working, remember your language choice and your cookie consent, and measure traffic.
You can block cookies in your browser settings or delete the ones already stored. Some parts of the Site may then stop working correctly.
10. Security
